Pertegaz Suit

Great looking suit, just the feathers are a bit much.

Pravo feathers!
DeleteI love the feathers, she is looking very good. -Mirella
DeleteThe feathers can stay, they are the only fantasy element on this pant suit worn as an evening outfit. The pants are a tad too short.
DeleteWhat a fun pantsuit!!! Love the cut of the jacket with the perfect top underneath and I absolutely love the feathers! Her hairstyle is beautiful and she looks gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteYes,she looks especially beautiful at that event.
DeleteMagnifique Letizia dans ce tailleur-pantalon très bien coupé mais à mon goût, je me serai abstenue de ces plumes !
ReplyDeleteThis is exactly the sort of chic, elegant pantsuit which Letizia wears so beautifully. I love the feathers and how their presence is balanced by the waves in her hairstyle. Her earrings too are just right. Lyra
ReplyDeleteYes that's true. A sharp tailored suit is the best for her tiny figure
DeleteThe feather were a surprise on a well fitted suit. Love the earrings
ReplyDeleteWell it's a huge improvement on the grey business suit but still too dull. It's certainly chic but I'm not sure about the feathers. They add a fun element for sure but look a bit strange. Her hair is beautiful and perfect with this outfit.
ReplyDeleteToo dull for …?
DeleteAll black is extremely chic. In Europe at least, not seen as remotely dull, just elegant.
DeleteLetizia’s hair looks great, and this suit fits her perfectly; however, the feathers on the sleeves look quite odd.

Love the suit but ditch the silly feathers--they make this classic suit look messy.

This suit is unique, the feathers! Its different and unusual. I love it! The pantsuit looks so stylish, elegant and chic. It fits perfectly and she looks beautiful. The large hoops are diamonds, gorgeous. I love her hair, soft, flowing and natural.
ReplyDeleteThe brand https://pertegaz.com/en/women-legacy-in-bloom/ looks like it always adds a real flounce or sparkle to every garment. The cut of the suit is a wonderful example of how to feminise the classic blocky still very male suit shape that women wear in the day and make it perfect for the evening.
ReplyDeletePertegaz is high couture, always with an interesting touch.
ReplyDeleteThis trouser suit is very elegant. Normally I would say that the feathers are silly and unnecessary. However, Pertegaz was a distinguished Spanish designer and Letizia’s duty as queen consort is to further domestic fashion. Queen Mathilde of Belgium is very good at this and often wears garments that don‘t really suit her, and I often suspect she doesn‘t even like.

Those plucked feathers add nothing good to this otherwise well-fitted suit. A necklace or a brooch would add more interest to the Queen's outfit.
ReplyDeleteI think they add whimsy. They are not there to be practical!, but certainly add interest … and debate! Voila, they add quite a lot ;-)
DeleteObviously there will not be gala dinners during this visit and I find it very refreshing. They are concentrating on more serious issues than bling bling. I read that today evening they are going to Rovaniemi in Lapland to learn about NATO's Nordic defense 👍

Love the suit, though I would not wear it for dinner, the feathers could be a problem
