  1. Mary's leopard print pumps are divine. They tie together the black top and brown skirt perfectly.

I feel the opposite! The fabric is ok but the shaping is my hell. They are so high that her foot has lost definition and her leg is one continuous vertical line to her toes. For me this is the worse look for a doit. Cutting a few inches off the height would allow the normal foot/ankle/leg shape and in my view, look much better. She is nevertheless gorgeous, but the heels are not.

I dislike these leopard pumps too, for all the reasons mentioned by Anon 9/10, 07:01. To me, they make Mary's feet and ankles (photo 3), look odd, almost altered or photoshopped, and spoil the grace of the ensemble.
The heel height of this Rossi design is 4.25 inches, (105 mm). I feel a 3-inch heel would produce a far more sophisticated and elegant ankle line. Lyra

Love the gold skirt with black. Animal print is usually not for me but these shoes are just perfect. Queen Margarethe looks frail and more and more like her maternal grandfather King Gustaf V of Sweden. Lovely blue colours outfit.

I do not like the combination of the black top and the cognac brown skirt.

Oh I thought it was a nice pairing, the thin black belt breaking up the cognac and the shoes tied it all together

Absolutely fabulous!!! Queen Mary looks gorgeous here--and love the combo of colors and how her accessories tie the skirt and top together. Lovely to see Princess Benedikte looking so elegant always--she certainly inherited her mother Queen Ingrid's fashion sense and regal yet warm presence. Such a treat to see Queen Margrethe--her blue outfit is beautiful on her and, while she looks frail, she looks good. She is an amazing lady.

  10. The Leopard pumps look stunning, love this pairing with her skirt, which I love. The pleating and movement very pretty and feminine. Her blouse blends in well. Her choice of jewellery looked marvelous. Her earrings are pretty, her sedate necklace, perfect. She looked beautiful.
Princess Bene as usual looks well groomed and attired. I like her ensemble, her jewel choices, perfect.
So lovely to see Queen Margrethe at this event.
