On Friday, 16 October 2026, Grand Duke Guillaume and Grand Duchess Stéphanie visited the Belgian town of Anvaing, where the Grand Duchess spent her childhood. The Grand Ducal Couple were welcomed at Anvaing Town Hall, where a reception was held in their honour.
Grand Duchess Stéphanie was born in Ronse, a city and municipality in the Belgian province of East Flanders, in the Flemish Region, but grew up at her family’s estate (Château de Lannoy) in Anvaing, in the province of Hainaut, Belgium.

ReplyDeleteI rarely like G.D. Stephanie’s outfits, usually because they fit poorly. Here I think the idea of the caped top is fine but the neckline is too high and as a result it looks like a big rectangle. A shallow V - neck would be so much more flattering. (V.M.)
