On Wednesday, 14 October 2026, Grand Duchess Stéphanie visited dropIn in Luxembourg-Gare, a medical and psychosocial support service run by the Luxembourg Red Cross for sex workers. Established in 1998, the centre provides a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental environment while respecting users’ anonymity and personal choices.
The team also supports service users experiencing physical or psychological violence, relationship difficulties or feelings of isolation. Through its EXIT programme, dropIn also helps those who wish to leave the sex industry and start a new chapter in their lives. For the occasion, Grand Duchess Stephanie wore a blue jacquard suit by Emporio Armani.

I like this suit. She has young children but does a lot of duties. She looks good. Would I have worn those earrings? No, but I like people that like flashy earrings.
ReplyDeleteThe children are at school during the day.
DeleteArmani makes clothes that fit a woman’s curve. Very nice especially the colour. Love the earrings
ReplyDeleteAgree!
DeleteA flattering look for her! Very nice. She is so pretty and so charming. A beautiful smile!!
ReplyDeleteThe earrings do not fit with the business casual suit. Color of suit is lovely. Hair a bit wonky, with barrel curls in one section, and the rest just laying there.
ReplyDeleteGreat look for Stephanie!
ReplyDeleteI understand it was quite an informal meeting but was it so hard for Stephanie to fix the lapel of her jacket? It looks very untidy.
ReplyDeleteAh 6:30… the photo represents a split second … the woman represents kindness, interest, and support. A lapel is irrelevant by every single measure. The purpose of the centre is magnificent and notably as we see from the text: a non-judgemental environment.
DeleteThe purpose of the centre and the likely conversations are really important, any lapel wrinkle is so minor as to be completely irrelevant.
DeleteAnon. 07:26. The purpose of the center is definitely important. I think that not so many royals support such causes. But this is a fashion blog and I commented on it. The photo is indeed just a split of a moment but GD has this lapel wrinkle in every single photo which are presented here.
DeleteArmani jackets are cut slim for ladies with a slimmer upper body, which is not the case for GD Stéphanie. I always notice that in the GD of Luxembourg women do not care much how they are dressed (see the group photo).
ReplyDeleteRavie qu’elle ait choisi Armani pour se vêtir mais là, Stéphanie a une attitude qui ne met pas en valeur l’élégance de son blazer ; j’adore ses boucles d’oreilles !
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic centre and what it must mean to them to have Royal support. I think this is a terrific outfit and hope she can wear it often . None of the pieces she’s wearing is attractive to me by themself… but when she puts them on they sparkle and look perfect and she shines. Outstanding!
ReplyDeleteBlue is a nice color on her, but if I could only help with those eyebrows.
ReplyDeleteNow, this is a more successful look overall. Just the blazer might be - again - a smidge too tight. The GD is on the right track here.
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts exactly, @ DSC!
DeleteThis outfit, is a home run! Much more successful. The jacket, I still feel is a tad too snug, regardless she looks splendid.
ReplyDeleteIt seems like I am the only person that think that this suit looks ...cheap. I was surprised to see that it was Armani, the shiny tissue and pattern is not my cup of tea. And I feel the same about the earrings, give them back to the 80-ies. Sorry.
ReplyDeleteNo, you are not the only one. I think the same. This suit gives me pajama vibes. Helena
DeleteGood choice in terms of a quality garment, wrong choice in terms of size. Somehow (with very rare exceptions) she keeps getting it wrong.
