On 11 September 2026, the Princess of Wales visited The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust in London, where she underwent chemotherapy following her cancer diagnosis in 2024. The Royal Marsden is a specialist cancer centre that champions whole-person cancer treatment and care across the UK and beyond.
The private visit followed her National Three Peaks Challenge in June, during which she climbed the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales — Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon — within 24 hours.
The Princess took part in the challenge to highlight the importance of holistic care and the support provided by The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity to help people heal, recover and live beyond a cancer diagnosis.
The Princess undertook the challenge to raise money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and to help fund the development of a new specialist Centre for Holistic Wellbeing and Recovery. For the visit, the Princess wore a green short-sleeved dress by Suzannah London.

ردحذفThe emerald green colour of this dress is fabulous. The style is on the conservative side but I think it looks stylish especially when Kate wore it with the two toned shoes. I actually like the length this time around as it's not ultra long.

ردحذفThe dress is fine. I prefer the tighter fit on the model. The black shoes are an improvement and they're good shoes too. I remember when she started wearing that necklace and those earrings. Her hair is lighter and she clearly likes it long.
ردحذفThe photo of the model is not normal. It is probably taken from an unusual angle. The model's arms and legs are unusually thin. Her dress looks tighter also because of the effect the photographer wished to create.
حذفGorgeous Princess of Wales in a gorgeous dress! Love the color on her (emerald green is one of my favorite colors). I love her slingbacks--they are spiffy--but I miss the even spiffier two-tone shoes she chose for the first outing in this dress. In fact, I really miss those shoes as she hasn't worn them in quite some time.

I feel the Princess's choice in dress was perfect. A rewear and focusing on the importance of this poignant visit. I love and prefer this color as opposed to the white dress she has in the same style. The green shade is beautiful. I do like her white gold jewellery for a change. A very and extremely difficult illness to navigate and cope with. I feel these visits highlight this. Talking and listening to the patients, seeing and spotlighting good work the staff do and health services provided. Wonderful visit by the Princess. Wonderful to see her looking healthy and well.

حذفI dont like Suzannah dresses in general. Too many buttons until the hemline. The bodice of the dress and the sleeves remembers me the dresses worn by woman by the end of WWII. But I do like the green color. It suits Princess Catherine and matches the color of her hair beautifully. I also like her new shoe type. Very elegant and not too high heels.
