On 29 September 2026, the Prince and Princess of Wales visited Headingley Rugby Stadium, the home of Leeds Rhinos, to learn more about the work carried out by rugby league legends Rob Burrow and Kevin Sinfield to raise awareness of motor neurone disease (MND). The Prince and Princess met families affected by MND before welcoming Kevin onto the pitch and learning about his 7 in 7: The Grand Finale week-long challenge.
Sir Kevin is taking on the challenge to raise awareness and funds to support people living with MND, running in memory of his Rhinos teammate and close friend Rob Burrow, who died from MND in June 2024. Members of Rob Burrow’s family, including his children Macy, Maya and Jackson, were also at the home of Wakefield Trinity to welcome the rugby league legend at the end of the third day of his run.
Nice blazer. Pretty good look. William is in a dated blue jacket. I like the light blue shirt he should wear one more. Rob Burrows. I remember when he passed away. Nice to see his children. I hope they're doing well. Great that his friend now Sir Kevin is still raising awareness and funds to support people with MND.

ReplyDeleteSir Kevin is outstanding in every way. His support of and for Mr Burrows was/is incredible, doing such marvelous work for MND vital in raising awareness. Wonderful to see Mr Burrows family in attendance.
ReplyDeleteThe Princess looks lovely. It might be just me, but in 4th photo the blazer is quite baggy, opposed to the fit of the mode. Regardless she looks lovely.
Wonderful green jacket, it suits Catherine perfectly, but I like beige accessories with it better than the black ones.

ReplyDeleteI hope the colors of the clothes are not going to be dark the whole autumn and winter. Otherwise it will be a sad and somber season.
