The President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron, accompanied by First Lady Brigitte Macron, is making a two-day State Visit to Spain. On 29 September 2026, King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia welcomed President Emmanuel Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron with military honours at the Royal Palace of Madrid. Queen Letizia wore a Pertegaz dress from the Autumn/Winter collection that she has worn on several previous occasions.

ردحذفI'm not usually a fan of embellishment but I do admire the design and creativity of this particular pattern, The dress itself has a beautiful and flattering style. I even like the lovely necktie bow. The pale blue provides an exquisite background for the black and red applique.

حذفI love Brigitte Macron's pink coat and dress, but I assume it was warm in Madrid too. The dress only would have been warm enough. Queen Letizia's dress is a rewear. If it has been a bit shorter it would have been more elegant. Looking at Queen Letizia's shoulders, I can see that they are wider than usual which is because the dress is cut like this. The print with the red flowers is beautiful.
