On September 2, 2026, Queen Silvia of Sweden attended Silviahemmet’s 2026 diploma ceremony at the Drottningholm Palace Theatre. During the ceremony, the Queen presented pins and diplomas to the graduates. Silviahemmet was founded in 1996 on the initiative of the Queen. Stiftelsen Silviahemmet is a Swedish non-profit foundation with the mission to spread knowledge about dementia through various educational initiatives.
