Queen Mary Marks 10 Years of Antibulli with the Mary Foundation

On 24 September 2026, Queen Mary of Denmark took part in the Mary Foundation’s celebration marking the 10th anniversary of Antibulli, held at Østerbrohuset in Copenhagen. The Queen, who chairs the Mary Foundation, was joined by sports stars and adult and child representatives from the seven sports federations and associations working with Antibulli.

The occasion marked 10 years since the Mary Foundation launched Antibulli. At the time, it was developed solely for handball in collaboration with Mikkel Hansen’s Hej Fonden. Over the past decade, however, the Antibulli community has grown to encompass seven of the most popular sports among children, in addition to handball: football, swimming, tennis, gymnastics, horse riding and badminton.

As it was when Antibulli was launched ten years ago, its aim is to promote wellbeing, togetherness and a sense of community in children’s recreational activities. Through Antibulli, coaches, associations and clubs have access to practical, freely available advice and exercises for training children aged 6 to 12, tailored to each individual sport.
