  1. The Royal couple both look wonderful in tartan. The Queens outfit, is well put together color wise.

  2. And they brought some decent weather too! . Queen Camilla’s outfit really suits her. The bright colours are so flattering. I love the second last photo where she looks like she’s really enjoying the performances

The K & Q are perfectly dressed for the day and really seem to enjoy the games. I have been lucky enough to visit Scotland several times and have seen a few Highlands games, which are just fantastic. Wish I was there!

I like the flowers. Scottish Heather? No plastic, probably picked not bought (ie no long wasteful supply chain), tied in ribbon.

  6. Pour cet événement annuel, le couple royal est bien vêtu dans son tartan ; je ne trouve rien redire à Charles dont le kilt lui sied toujours à merveille !

The King does indeed always look good in a kilt. As did Prince Philip. It’s a shame that Prince William, in spite of now holding the title Lord of the Isles, won’t wear a kilt.

Queen Camilla's skirt is not the original one she wore with this jacket before. The tartan on the lapels and pockets does not correspond with the tartan of the skirt.
King Charles looks better in his kilt and jacket with waistcoat than in his other suits of which the majority is old.

New tartans! I think the couple both look fabulous, and I'm glad that the new colours are so cheerful. The King's red socks warm my heart. Lyra

The jacket sleeves are too short, so the blouse sleeves are poking out; she needs the same fabric of the skirt added onto the sleeves to give it style. Hair looks mopish, she needs a better cut The King looks good

I think it's quite intentional that the jacket sleeves are the length they are and are meant to let the blouse sleeves underneath to be seen as much as they are.
