On August 11, 2026, Crown Prince Hussein, accompanied by Princess Rajwa, attended the graduation ceremony of the sixth cohort of Al Hussein Technical University (HTU), comprising 450 graduates from various degree programmes and technical and applied specialisations. During the ceremony, the Crown Prince honoured the university’s top-performing students.
Located in King Hussein Business Park, Al Hussein Technical University (HTU) was established by the Crown Prince Foundation and is a pioneering institution focused on bridging the gap between technical education and employment opportunities. On this occasion, Princess Rajwa wore a jacquard shirt and matching jacquard skirt from Toga’s Autumn/Winter 2022–23 collection.

She has an interesting fashion sense. I would not choose most of the clothes she wears, but I appreciate her choices and edginess. Love seeing people with different preferences rather than one global fashion.

DeleteQuite extravagant outfit, but it does not make it especially attractive. The photo where she is not sitting shows details, but it is not clear from first sight (without the manufacturer's photos) , where the top ends and where the skirt begins or if it is a dress. Maybe the shirt could be nice with another skirt, but the skirt itself is a nogo for me, whatever it could be combined with. I love jaquard, but not forced together with plissee. Last but not least, grey is a beautiful colour, but this shade and worn like this makes an outfit best suited for a funeral. - Again - extravagancy does not equal attractive.

DeleteAnonyme 14 : 33, je ne vois pas du tout "une palette de couleurs" car cette expression sous-entend plusieurs couleurs. Ici tout est gris, avec vaguement deux ou trois nuances (dont un gris argent) mais ce n'est vraiment pas une palette multicolore ! ;-)
DeleteQuelle tenue austère ! Elle respecte évidemment les usages de son pays mais sa tenue est tout de même très strict et conviendrait parfaitement à une commémoration ou même pour des obsèques...

Nice response Paloma. I find these greys, amongst all possible greys, very deadening. I think the designer is Japanese. I looked through the website, all very edgy and not remotely to my taste.
DeleteBonjour, Paloma. I didn't say "a palette of colors"; being cognizant that Rajwa's outfit was in shades of one color (grey, in this case), I said "tonal palette". Some of us clearly do not consider this particular tonal palette attractive, while others of us clearly do. A typical day on a royal fashion blog 😊.

ReplyDeleteI find the princess’s outfit very sophisticated, exquisite and appropriate for the occasion. The audience are wearing suits, whilst the officials are in their university gowns. The graduates are the centre of attention!
@"The graduates are the centre of attention!" Thank you, we knew that. But that does not mean one has to disappear behind drab dark grey pieces of clothing. And I am sure Rajwa's choice is not based on this consideration.

DeleteUna bella donna che sembra aver scelto uno stile molto rigido e quasi sempre colori scuri, anche abbinandoli tra loro. La seguo e mi piace molto, ma è come se volesse prendere le distanze dalla suocera che invece segue la moda delle grandi firme e ama i colori…ovviamente “distanze” in senso buono. Se Rania stupisce per i suoi outfit, Rajva lo fa altrettanto con le sue scelte fuori dal coro.
ReplyDeleteIs this ensemble something everyone would reach for, probably not. But, fashion is a personal choice. Rajwa brings modesty as is required, but with a twist. She’s young attractive, tall and slim, I doubt there’s very little she wouldn’t shine in.
