On 20 July 2026, Crown Princess Kiko of Japan attended a charity concert held at Toppan Hall in Tokyo to support patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), a state-designated intractable disease, and their families. The concert was organised by a patients' association for people affected by NMOSD.

After the performance, Crown Princess Kiko met with the choir members and others involved in the event. She also spoke with patients and their family members who had taken part in the concert, listening to their experiences, including the difficulties they had faced while waiting years to receive an accurate diagnosis.

    Love this whole look, colour, fit, length. Now for a nice shoe. Nothing wrong with this pump, I am sure it is comfortable but a bit more open vamp would improve the overall look.
