On June 8, 2026, Queen Mathilde attended the Laureates' Concert of the 2026 Queen Elisabeth Cello Competition at Bozar in Brussels. This year's edition of the competition for emerging musicians took place from 4 to 30 May. Italian cellist Ettore Pagano won First Prize at the 2026 Queen Elisabeth Cello Competition. For the occasion, the Queen wore a metallic leather appliqué jacket and a double-layered A-line dress by Giorgio Armani.

ردحذفIt is a rewear but I cannot find information for the moment since when Queen Mathilde has this jacket and dress in her dressing room. The set is by Giorgio Armani and so is her clutch. The earrings look not familiar to me. As far as I can see it they have a dark flower form. They might be by Giorgio Armani too.

Still one concert to go : the final ending concert which closes officially the 2026 Queen Elisabeth's competition for cello. It has been announced that Queen Mathilde will be in the company of King Philippe on the 10th of June.
She looks very elegant and stylish, this outfit is quite unique and interesting, I like it. The Queen looks very attractive, her hair slightly longer, her overall look is stunning. love the jacket and dress. The clutch is a gorgeous piece and blends well with her outfit. Beautiful presentation by the Queen.

Always been a big fan of this unusual jacket and it continues to be a stunning piece in her wardrobe. This color can wash out someone with her coloring (my coloring as well), but I think the details of the design make it stand out regardless of the color. Beautiful outfit.
