The programme has been introduced in nine St Mungo's services through the provision of staff training toolkits, donated books, and The Queen's Reading Room Shelves. Founded in 1969, St Mungo's is one of England's leading homelessness charities, working directly with people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness and providing services that help them find a permanent route out of homelessness.
