At the invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron, King Rama X and Queen Suthida of Thailand are undertaking a four-day state visit to France. On June 28, 2026, the King and Queen of Thailand, accompanied by Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana, arrived at Paris-Orly Airport in France. The state visit marks the 170th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and France, which were established in 1856.

Both ladies simply look superb
ReplyDeleteLa reine est superbe dans l’association de son haut noir porté avec une jupe ample - J’aime l’allure de la princesse mais pas avec ces chaussures à pois ; dans une couleur noire ou même blanche, son look serait bien mieux !
ReplyDeleteQueen Suthida is Absolutely stunning - this is one royal lady who seems to always get it right. The attention to detail on the dress at the sleeves, neckline, perfect length and fit of the skirt with the high heels - gorgeous black and white combination. Lovely hair ornament (not just a plastic clip). She and/or her stylist pay attention to each facet of her outfit. Lady in the polka dots are also quite chic.
ReplyDeleteTrue, she hardly puts a foot wrong, her dresses always simple but classy!
DeletePrincess Sirivannavari in polka dots over did it from head to toe, 'Dalmatian'
The polka dots shoes are looking vulgar to me.
DeleteIt's quite telling that the Thai King brought along his daughter Princess Sirivannavari, the only child he officially holds on to from his second (long since divorced) marriage. She might be even considered heiress now that her older half-sister Princess Bajrakitiyabha has sadly passed away. Then there is Prince Dipangkorn, now 21 years old, who should - under normal circumstances - be heir to the Thai throne, but is not accompanying his father and his stepmother to any major event outside Thailand, like he maybe ought to. A bit of a mystery going on there. Aside from that, the two Thai royal ladies look fab, given the fact that they are still required to wear some sort of mourning outfits.
ReplyDeleteI hope the Thai parliament has a say in this because he has older sons who far more capable of being heirs.
DeleteWhat a fabulous start to this royal visit that I’m sure will be full of beautiful fashion! The Queen is once again polished from head to toe in a perfectly fit dress and accessories. The Princess also looks incredible in this polka dot dress, jacket, and custom heels, and I don’t even like black and white polka dots! Their stylist/tailor team needs to branch out to other royal houses so we can enjoy even more of their talents.
ReplyDeleteQueen Suthida is a beautiful woman. Her attention to detail is to be applauded. Hair and make up beautifully done. I look forward to the State dinner. I doubt it’ll be white tie, so no tiaras. But, I’m sure HM will have brought something spectacular from the Thai vaults.
ReplyDeleteLowri.
This is the king who apparently lives in Germany, who is rarely home, yet is the ruler of the land, with no Thai allowed to criticise him for any of this unusual lifestyle nor the vast differences in how he lives versus his citizens. This is the Queen who was a flight attendant, then suddenly in his household security, his concubine, his queen. It is all very opaque and not clear even whether he doesn’t have other wives. She’s very beautiful and looks excellent for royal duties … but this is not perhaps the couple you think they are when you look at the pictures.
ReplyDeleteQueen Suthida is well groomed, attired and looks stunning in this beautiful crafted, well made and designed outfit. Love the color scheme, her black shoes, she is using my favorite handbag, so gorgeous, this one in black. Her hair and makeup are on point. She has wonderful posture, a very straight back.
ReplyDeleteI love the black and white ensemble, the polka dots, gorgeous, but the shoes!!! Oh divine, don't they look smashing! She has lovely pearl drop earrings.
They both look elegant and appropriately dressed. I'm really loving Princess Sirivannavari's shoes. I want those. Then I think of the lack of right to dissent in Thailand and how sad and disturbing that is. Imprisoned for speech or any protest.
