On Tuesday, June 16, 2026, Grand Duchess Stéphanie of Luxembourg received a delegation from the Conference of European National Librarians (CENL), led by its President, Frank Scholze, at the Grand Ducal Palace. Founded in 1987, the CENL brings together the directors of national libraries from 46 member states of the Council of Europe.
During the audience, representatives of the CENL and the National Library of Luxembourg (BnL) presented the Grand Duchess with the missions and activities of the network, which had gathered in the Grand Duchy for its annual meeting. Discussions focused in particular on the shared challenges faced by libraries, as well as initiatives aimed at strengthening the preservation and transmission of Europe’s documentary heritage.

Stephanie’s dress coordinates nicely with the setting/background. Her hair always looks so pretty and soft.

She looks great!
ReplyDeleteVery very pretty!
ReplyDeleteIt’s a busy pattern but this dress is super on Stephanie! The length, sleeves, top, shape all great. There’s a bit of a pattern in the material on the tummy which forms a bit of a belt/shape over the waist and works terrifically here.
ReplyDeleteI like this dress on the GD. She looks very good!!
ReplyDelete20 cm less length and I imagine I could like this, busy pattern notwithstanding.
ReplyDeletePerfect dress for her, gives her a very nice silhouette.
ReplyDeleteShe upped her shoe "game" and it looks so much more elegant than her usual choices. A good shoe can elevate an entire fashion ensemble. She looks very nice!
ReplyDeleteA very flattering style for GDS. It could be a bit shorter but that’s a small quibble. (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteI think these colors and print are a real hit for GDS! I think she shines in more saturated colors and clean, structured pieces and this dress has all of those elements. I also love to see photos of the interiors because the architecture is so stunning.
