Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco welcomed members of the Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) to the Cour d’Honneur of the Prince’s Palace, as Monaco officially began its Presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.

The Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, which acts on behalf of the Assembly between sessions and brings together around 60 parliamentarians from the Council of Europe’s 46 member states, met in Monaco on Friday, May 22, 2026.

    Very smart off-white skirt suit Charlene is wearing. The buttons on the jacket add interest, and I like the round, collarless neck - lapels wouldn't have worked here. Love her hair in this style too. Her shoes look very low-heeled, but I don't know if they are backless; they could have kitten heels though.
