Sweden is hosting the NATO Meeting of Foreign Ministers in Helsingborg on May 21–22, 2026, for talks focused on security, defence cooperation, and regional stability. On May 21, Swedish Foreign Minister Maria Malmer Stenergard hosted an informal NATO–Ukraine Council dinner at Sofiero Palace. King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia attended the meeting and dinner held at Sofiero Palace in Helsingborg, Sweden.
