On April 7, 2026, Queen Sofía of Spain visited the “House of Radio” at Radio Nacional de España (National Radio of Spain) on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Radio Clásica, a station with significant international reach that has received numerous awards, including the Gold Medal for Merit in Fine Arts in 2006.

The station was founded in 1965 as the “Second Programme” of Radio Nacional de España (RNE), was renamed “Radio 2” in 1981, and in 1984 adopted its current name, “Radio Clásica.” Radio Clásica's schedule is made up of presenter-led programmes of classical music, as well as broadcasts of concerts, recitals, and complete operas. The station also showcases genres such as flamenco, folk music, zarzuela, and jazz, as well as “established” popular music.

    Wow what a nice jacket, very different closure, and the seams gives the elusion of a double lapel. A very versatile colour as well.

    I also love the jacket unusual with big eyelet and tied closure.but not so sure with the trousers maybe a slimmer cut and fit to them to counter balance the looser fit of the jacket?
