On April 18, 2026, Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine of Denmark were confirmed at a ceremony held at Fredensborg Palace Chapel. After the confirmation, a celebration was held in the Orangery at Fredensborg Palace, followed by a reception. The Garden Hall at Fredensborg Palace provided the setting for the official confirmation photos of Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine and the royal family.
Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine gathered in the Garden Hall at Fredensborg Palace for an official photo session with their parents, King Frederik and Queen Mary, their siblings Crown Prince Christian and Princess Isabella, and their grandmother, Queen Margrethe. Princess Josephine’s confirmation dress was custom-made by Birgit Hallstein. Queen Mary wore a cobalt blue outfit by the British fashion house Claire Mischevani.

ReplyDeleteAny royal family showed so much pictures of the confirmation of their children. Is it because they are twins ? They are not even crown princes. Why there were not so much pictures of Princess Isabella (from Isabella I remember a couple of pictures because Queen Mathilde was her godmother) and CP Christian ?
ReplyDeleteOf other royal children we didn't saw any pictures of their confirmation, probably because it was considered as a family matter only. Or, if I remember correctly, there might be a couple of pictures of one or both of the Spanish princesses Leonor and Sofia ?
I suspect 15:37 that you didn’t see many photos of the other occasions, as opposed to there being fewer. And in any case, it would be ok that one occasion has more photos than another, wouldn’t it?
