On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, Grand Duke Guillaume and Grand Duchess Stéphanie of Luxembourg visited the Hueselt farm in Bertrange, alongside Minister Martine Hansen and representatives of the Chamber of Agriculture. Welcomed by the farmers Nora and Charel, Grand Duke Guillaume and Grand Duchess Stéphanie learned about the daily life of cattle farming, a profession that is both rewarding and demanding.
With nearly 1,800 farms and agricultural land covering about half of the country’s territory, agriculture plays an essential role in Luxembourg and is constantly evolving toward more sustainable and innovative practices.
