On March 29, 2026, Princess Margriet of the Netherlands attended the 10th edition of De Hollandse 100 in Heerenveen. The race combines skating and cycling and is organized to support research into cancer of the lymphatic system. Princess Margriet broke her arm after falling at the same event last year. Prince Bernhard and Prince Pieter-Christiaan, as well as Bernhard’s children, Isabella and Benjamin, were also among those attending the event.
