Crown Prince Akishino and Crown Princess Kiko of Japan, together with their children Princess Kako and Prince Hisahito, received Crown Prince Tupoutoʻa ʻUlukalala and Crown Princess Sinaitakala of Tonga at the Akishino Residence within the Akasaka Estate in Moto-Akasaka, Tokyo. The Tongan Crown Prince and Crown Princess visited Tokyo to attend the opening of the 3rd Japan–Pacific Islands Defense Ministers’ Dialogue.

Seeing the other women wearing red, it strikes me that Crown Princess Kiko would look fresher in a deeper colour. The pale pink that she is wearing seems to me to lack enough warmth for her lovely porcelain complexion; it almost gives her skin a ghostly effect. Princess Kiko mostly wears pale colours, but where pink is concerned, I think a brighter, more saturated shade would suit her more. Lyra
ردحذفPrincess Kako looks lovely, I enlarged the photo, this outfit is very interesting up close, compelling features that are attractive to me. The color red suits her well, stands out. Princess Kiko, wearing a coat and dress same color underneath. The collar of this coat is nice, I like it. The color of the ensemble is pretty, not sure if being this pale suits the Princess, a bit more depth in color, may have looked better for her. Love the splash of color she incorporated with her shoes, looks to be a small brooch on her coat, and a single strand of pearls, lovely addition.
ردحذفPrincess Kako looks lovely in her red outfit. She has a remarkable knack for dressing with some individuality and flair while still staying within the parameters of the Imperial dress code.

ردحذفThe coat of Princess Kiko hangs a bit too loose on her. Princess Kako looks lovely, as usual (or most of the time).
