On February 13, 2026, Crown Princess Victoria attended the Royal Academy of Fine Arts’ annual ceremony at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Stockholm. Upon arrival, the Crown Princess was welcomed by the Academy’s Permanent Secretary, Lena From. During the ceremony, the Crown Princess presented the Academy’s awards, prizes, and scholarships. For the occasion, she wore a maxi skirt by TiMo and a silk blouse by Rodebjer.

I always think these gathered skirts, at the waist band, make a person look large when in fact they are slim.

DeleteA very interesting skirt, however I like it with the short sleeve top better. The black high neck with long sleeves top dark stocking is too much. Perhaps the same top in a lighter colour would be better for contrast. I do like the skirt and how it fits.
ReplyDeleteI agree, I prefer the short sleeves as well.
DeleteMe too, when I compared it with the last picture.
DeleteAgree anon at 19:49 and 20:22. The blouse with short sleeves looks much better with that voluminous skirt. The lighter stockings are also a better choice.
DeleteAgree with all your comments. Very nice skirt but not with this blouse
DeleteStrange outfit, not flattering.

DeleteIt's an interesting rewear, but I find the skirt too much and overpowering for Victoria, Too long - I know it's long on the model too. And taffeta is a heavy fabric on top of it all.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with your detailed description.

Totally agree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DeleteI like the skirt and I like the blouse - but not together. The skirt worked better with the summer top and bare legs.
ReplyDeleteThe skirt CAN be worn with a winter top but only a tight one (for volume balance) and one that still shows some skin (for colour balance). I would have chosen a tight top with 3/4 sleeves and an open neckline. I would also have chosen a statement necklace matching the print in the skirt.
Colour balance agree is missing
DeleteBlack is not a good colour for Victoria in this blouse
ReplyDeleteShe has the best smile…
ReplyDelete??????????????????????????
DeleteHave not made up my mind about this skirt. The blouse is nice. I think all the pieces together a little too dark maybe.

This skirt is adding bulk that isn't there. The black blouse is also a miss.

In Svezia?????????? Parliamo di chi??????????????

DeleteSvezia=Sweden=Sverige ;)
As much as I like dark shades and black for evening wear in particular, I don't like this bulky look on P. Victoria.
ReplyDeleteThese pieces can work as separates but not in this composition and not with this colour scheme.
The skirt itself looks heavy and stiff as opposed to the fluid material of the blouse.
Black stockings and heels are flattering on Victoria.
I like this combination. Especially the beautiful skirt. I would love Victoria having sometimes a new hairstyle. This hairstyle makes her look so harsh ( when she does not smile) and I don't think it's very healthy for your hair.
ReplyDeleteJolie jupe imprimée mais un peu trop lourde à mon avis ; avec plus de légèreté, son look serait parfait !
