On January 15, 2026, Queen Máxima paid a working visit to Stichting Jarige Job in Rotterdam. In the Netherlands, some children are unable to celebrate their birthdays due to a lack of financial resources at home. Stichting Jarige Job supports the parents of these children by providing a birthday box containing everything needed for a proper birthday celebration, both at home and at school.

During the visit, Queen Máxima met with representatives of Stichting Jarige Job as well as various partner organizations and social partners to learn about the foundation’s development and the joint efforts being made to ensure that children from families with limited financial means are able to celebrate their birthdays.

    Working visit? Guess the hair brush was not important today. Max has a lovely smile, sad that that hair such a mess most of the time, detracts from her position as the wife of a King.

      Her hair is fine here. It’s not the straggly split ends look she has at times. I’m hoping it’s a new year resolution

    It seems to me that Queen Maxima is using lighter, more subtle make-up lately and I really like it. She appears younger with a fresher look. Has anyone else noticed this?

    Belle association des couleurs bleu-marine et grise ; je ne vais pas m’avancer en disant qu’elle a des extensions car elle apporte peut-être des soins à ses cheveux afin de les doper !
