The exhibition features more than 1,500 flowers and foliage plants cultivated by producers from 12 prefectures across the Kanto and Tokai regions. It is organised by one metropolitan area and 11 prefectures from the Kanto–Tokai region, together with five floriculture-related organisations, with the aim of deepening public understanding of flowers and encouraging greater flower consumption.
