Swedish pianist Ivetta Irkha shared photos taken while preparing for the Christmas performance together with Prince Carl Philip, Princess Sofia, and the couple’s two eldest sons, Prince Alexander and Prince Gabriel, under the title Julspel 2025. The Christmas preparations took place at the Oscar Church on December 19. Prince Alexander and Prince Gabriel are members of the children’s choir that performed the Christmas concert.

ردحذفSwedish children’s choirs are very very beautiful (cause me to cry, every time!). The voices blend so beautifully, it seems to not be just the carrying on of the tradition and great musicianship but perhaps the musicality of the Swedish language. Throw in a beautigul old church and you have a wonderful event. Re Sophia’s top, Estelle had similar plus matching skirt and every time she wears it I think how much I’d love the same. Anyone else?

I had shivers.
Acustics was even better heard from the Dome.
Also great choirs are to be found in some Norwegian churches.
