On December 17, 2025, Queen Letizia attended the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Foundation for Urgent Spanish (FundéuRAE), held at the Royal Spanish Academy in Madrid. FundéuRAE is a non-profit organization promoted by the Royal Spanish Academy and Agencia EFE to encourage the proper use of the Spanish language in the media.
Founded in 2005, the Foundation for Urgent Spanish aims to promote the correct and responsible use of Spanish in journalism and mass communication. For the occasion, the Queen wore a virgin wool midi dress by Cortana.
