Princess Kako of Japan, the second daughter of Crown Prince Akishino and Crown Princess Kiko, turned 31 on December 29, 2025. On the occasion of her birthday, the Imperial Household Agency released a series of photographs, which were taken at the Akasaka Estate on December 5, 2025. The Princess attends official events as an adult member of the Japanese Imperial Family and continues to work approximately twice a week as a part-time staff member of the Japanese Federation of the Deaf.
