The Yacht Club of Monaco held its traditional winter cocktail reception in the presence of Prince Albert II. The year 2025 marked a historic achievement for the club, as it claimed victory in the Admiral’s Cup for the first time, a competition contested between the Isle of Wight, Plymouth, and Cherbourg.
Among the winning crew was Pierre Casiraghi, who received the Sailor of the Year 2025 trophy from Prince Albert. He shared this distinction with his wife, Beatrice Borromeo, who attended the event alongside him.
Among the other notable guests present that evening was Prince Charles of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, who attended with his wife, Princess Camilla, and their two daughters, Princess Maria Carolina and Princess Maria Chiara. A member of the Yacht Club, Prince Charles received an award recognizing his second-place finish at the 2025 Smeralda Championship.

Sunt un cuplu atât de frumos și de elegant!
ReplyDeleteCharmant couple que j’aimerais voir plus souvent !
ReplyDeleteBling bling quand tu nous tiens
ReplyDeleteAh complètement !! Et vain …
DeleteIs that all they have to do ? Maybe all the useful occupations were sold out so the only thing they can do is to amuse themselves by sailing a bit in a race....
ReplyDeleteI wondered why they have photos submitted at a yacht club, with a trophy, are all the missions, churches, charities not doing anything at this time of year where their profiles bring in useful donations for the homeless, needy, ill people of their tiny municipality?
DeleteIt is the life of the rich who can afford the luxuries. It is either yachts or horses.
DeletePeople enjoy hobbies (gardening, tennis, fishing, sailing, etc.) even if they also work.
DeleteRather pointless comment. Please Google what they do next time before you judge. They have several enterprises in the Cassiragi/Borromeo household. Probably none of them includes making uninformed comments.
DeleteOn the fashion side (which is the actual point of this site) I am a little disappointed by Beatrice’s choices (very likely all are from Dior - but a bit too somber for my liking).
CH
jealousy! having a job/occupation is not the only means of income. they have investments
DeleteOh 5:43 if people wonder out loud what the exceedingly rich do, it’s not jealousy. It’s wondering! Very valid. Monaco is minuscule and when visiting one can only wonder what the mega rich do there! Valid wondering indeed.
DeleteThey all look nice, great in blue. Sailing is the practical application of theory. You can gain an understanding of physics by sailing, if you've never studied the subject. Also, holding the power of the wind in your hands by holding the line (rope) is amazing. Christine
DeleteImparate la Historia d'Italia per favore: "Bourbon-Two Sicilies" NON ESISTE PIÙ!!!
ReplyDeleteGrazie a Giuseppe GARIBALDI
Un "Principe" (Prince Charles of Bourbon-Two Sicilies) chi è senza il "suo regno delle due Sicilie" ...
A chi importano queste persone
Si si!
DeleteWow, che crise in "CASA" CASIRAGHI-BORROMEO...le foto parlano per sè
ReplyDeletePrince Charles of Bourbon.... are you really a prince if your country is a republic?
ReplyDeleteNo. But then when you name your children with Princess titles too, it is going too far.
DeleteChampion social climbers is a better title for this family !!
Delete
DeleteOn another site they are often referred to as the three “barbies”
or the mesames of bling-bing.
Fashion wise it’s always a show.
He probably slept through history class at school...
DeleteThis old, self-preserving “nobility” is resistant to learning (as far as European history is concerned). By the way, what has he achieved... apart from insisting on a “nobility” that no longer exists in Italy in 2025...
Sorry, the mesdames of bling-bling
DeleteVery well said deadeggs! This family with their 2 daughters are rich but no class of royalty. Very bling bling to fish a good catch.
DeleteMade my day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DeleteI like her skirt, there seems to trend for black and dark colours
ReplyDeleteShe always looks lovely, very stylish. I do love the blue pantsuit Princess Camilla is wearing, the jacket borders looks lovely, very effective adding definition. The two princesses' look fabulous, so modern, stylish and chic.
ReplyDeleteI do not find them stylish and chic. Compared to the real European princesses they look like "nouveau riches" and "m'as tu vu" people.
DeleteBien élégantes les trois princesses.
ReplyDeleteThe barbies are not princesses.
DeleteLovely couple.

I will never forget how in a documentary about Monaco, Prince Albert II was extremelly unassuming and approachable, as was the rest of the princely family. Meanwhile, "Princess" Camilla made sure to introduce herself as "Her Royal Highness, the Queen of the Two Sicilies" and along with her family made an absolute fool of herself.
