  4. Maybe it's not my pants day today, because I also find this pair rather clown-like. Liking forward to reading your opinions. I do like the jacket, i think paired with a classic pair of paints would have worked.

  7. This look is sheer perfection for me. I love how unusual the style is. I think if the material had been heavier you wouldn’t have the same drape and movement. It fits HSH perfectly. Hair and makeup is as always on point.
One wish is to see HSH attend a tiara event, and to see her wear one of her wedding gift tiaras or one of the tiaras in the royal vaults. We never see the Monaco RF invited on State Visits, and I’ve often wondered why that is? I hope that changes.

    1. @ Lowri
They do not invite other countries on State visits either. It is because other countries are working together economically. They do business with each other. With Monaco where are no factories, no industry, no specialties, there is little or almost no trade possible. I never saw goods labeled "made in Monaco" except maybe beauty products.

    2. I know France paid a State visit to Monaco in June. But I suppose they’re strategic defence allies rather than business partners.
      Thanks for the information.

Monaco buys a lot of goods in France, it is their neighbour. They need the country to buy their goods like wine, grocery, fruits, vegetables, etc...
Maybe there is possibility to buy fruits, vegetables, etc... in Monte Carlo but the capital also have to order these products in France. In Monaco/Monte Carlo you see very expensive cars, speed boats, yachts, luxury shops with French haute couture, jewelry, beauty and perfume shops, offices selling or renting real estate, ... all for the needs of the very rich habitants of the Principauté de Monaco.

  8. The top looks super amazing, very rich class! but the bottom is off! perhaps a black mid length skirt would have matched very well.

  9. The top and chiffon pants look wonderful. Its an unusual ensemble. She has the height to wear this well. Love the color scheme.

  10. I love this outfit so much! Charlene looks stunning. Chic, trendy, elegant. This creation uses black and white in such a flattering way. The fit is impeccable. Hair and makeup are lovely. Head to toe perfection! For me, this emphasizes how dated ditsy florals are when looking at such a fashion forward design.

  11. Jacket is O.K.
I do not like the trousers. Plain trousers always better.
When I see her in a group of other ladies, she always makes me think of a pale fragile doll.

Not at all. I simply comment on what I see. Princess Charlene has been dressed differently before which was more to my taste. The top of this outfit is lovely but the pants I would have replace them by plain black ones. Or is it because I said she looks pale. I look pale myself, so I don't see what is the problem. Your comment says more about you than about me. I am wondering why you don't say the same about other commenters who don't like the pants either ?

    4. For me, too, she has an unbelievably fragile looking porcelaine complexion, so I don't think that what @ 06:55 said is hurtful in any sense of the word. - As for the outfit, she can do it, the trousers too. I think for this quite heavily adorned top plain black trousers would miss the point. They just continue one feature of the top. I was surprised at first sight, but on second, I like it. Very special.

    5. I agree with Anon 18:43. These two pieces belong together. Neither piece would have the same impact if worn with separately with plain black trousers/top.

  12. Usually I don't Like Princesse Charlene's Style, but this time I love it. The blouse with it's 1920's vibe is wonderful.

  13. I love the top - from the front though. Once I see her side on, I think the design has a flaw, which is it looks shapeless. This can be due to Charlene’s dramatic loss of weight however and not the design itself, hard to tell. I think the trousers are overkill, but then again, they do make the outfit very artistic and stunning. I’d prefer to see her at normal body weight in jeans and a tshirt looking vibrant.

    1. Why would you think she is not at a normal body weight? Speculating about weight is not alright. How many times does it have to be said? If there is a problem, she has access to the best medical treatment available. It is none of our concern and won't change anything.

  14. Love the top - modern and very feminine, as well as hair style and wonderful earrings, enhancing the look. The trousers, however, are a bit of too much of a good thing in my opininion. Solid black or white shiffon for summer events would work better, I think.

Une tres belle originalité . J adore sa tenue. Toujours bien maquillée avec effet naturel.

  16. Très originale cette association mais à mon humble avis, je ne pense pas qu'elle convienne à la silhouette de Charlène ; j'aime beaucoup son petit clutch qu'elle a bien choisi !

  17. This is an interesting look. I like the blouse very much, but the trousers have perhaps too many stripes imo. This outfit looks like a cartoon but in a good way. The white collar is beautiful, I like big collars and they seem to be in trend again. Her hair looks wonderful with the soft lines. Her earrings are perfect with this outfit, very lovely.

  18. Not sure about her outfit especially the pants but Charlene keeps getting lovelier all the time.

Paloma.

  21. Love to see some high fashion moments by royals, and this is high fashion. Although it’s not my favorite outfit, she wears it very well and I think it looks far better in motion than in the standing photos.

  23. A high fashion moment which I am not fond of. However she sure can wear it well.

  24. This is a very unusual eye-catching ensemble that looks good in some photos & strange/chunky in others; it looks comfortable to wear. Charlene looks very thin in photo #6, even her face looks different in all the photos. ~~Ruthie
