On November 22, 2025, Princess Benedikte attended a Christmas concert at Christiansborg Palace Church, held by the Icelandic choirs in Copenhagen in cooperation with the Embassy of Iceland. Upon her arrival at Christiansborg Palace Church, the Princess was welcomed by Ambassador Pétur Ásgeirsson. The repertoire included Icelandic and Danish Christmas hymns, modern Nordic choral music, and selected popular works.
HRH P Benedikte looks lovely as she almost always does. I’m so intrigued by her boots and hope I get to see a pic that’s closer up and better lit.

The princess looks fantastic in this ivory sweater dress (or separates) and I love the boots. They’re interesting and add some color and dimension to the outfit. She pulls the off in great style!
ردحذفThe boots look out of place and spoil the overall look of this lovely two piece outfit. I love the brooch and placement, clever choice, looks perfect with this ensemble. The black Pearl earrings are a clever choice. Blending well with the brooch.
ردحذفPrincess Benedikte is usually dressed very elegant. This time however despite of the jewelry her dress (ensemble) is not appropriate for a christmas concert. The skirt is too tight and the boots are not appropriate for the dress and the event. If she must wear boots inside at a concert, a simple pair of classic black, light grey or beige boots would have been much better.
