On Monday evening, November 24, 2025, Princess Beatrix and Princess Margriet of the Netherlands attended the 27th edition of the Dutch Ballet Gala organized by Dansersfonds ’79 at the DeLaMar Theater in Amsterdam. This year's gala was dedicated to Roel Voorintholt, Artistic Director of Introdans.
Dansersfonds ’79 was founded to promote and support Dutch dance talent. The foundation provides scholarships for young dancers, awards Encouragement Prizes, and highlights outstanding achievements by dancers and choreographers through Merit Awards and Special Awards. One of its key fundraising activities is the annual Ballet Gala.
