On the eve of National Day, Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene, accompanied by Princess Caroline, attended the traditional Ambassadors’ Dinner at the Monaco Yacht Club. The reception was also attended by the Minister of State, Christophe Mirmand, as well as numerous prominent figures of the Principality.

La tenue de Caroline me laisse perplexe, je ne comprends pas trop cet ensemble aux couleurs assez ternes. Peut-être que les tissus sont très beaux et raffinés, mais en photo ce n'est pas évident. On ne voit pas non plus très bien la matière du manteau : fausse fourrure ? Tweed + lurex ?
ردحذفJ'aime les paillettes pour Charlène mais j'ai l'impression qu'il manque quelque chose dans sa tenue, sans pouvoir définir quoi, peut-être un maquillage plus soutenu ou des bijoux ? Ou des sourires de tous ? :-)

حذفInteresting points Paloma. I actually like what Caroline has chosen because there is feminity and movement in her clothes, even if as you say they are hard to define in this photo. Charlene’s suit seems luxurious but lacks for me that same feminity and movement. I agree that what is missing apart fr these two elements is her joy. The occasion is not sombre, it’s a dinner in the fancy yacht club. Smiling would be normal surely - and is the very best fashion item.
