On October 10, 2025, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended Project Healthy Minds’ fourth annual World Mental Health Day Festival at Spring Studios in New York City. As the world’s largest gathering held in honor of World Mental Health Day, the all-day festival featured programming focused on mental health, wellness, and culture. The Archewell Foundation sponsored three panels throughout the festival’s program.

  1. I like this look a lot. It´s very smart and chic, but not overdone. Good colours and good cuts. That aside I´m laughing at her contributing anything at all towards healthy minds.

    1. The last part of your comment should be removed. Completely unnecessary. She probably knows a lot about trying to keep a healthy mind with all of the bullying she endures. There are countless people that have taken their lives for much less. You can still disagree with her choices while keeping your negativity to yourself.

    3. @Vanessa, "contributing anything at all towards healthy minds": They do contribute something, Vanessa: Healthy minds like yours and mine laugh their heads off when seeing people accepting awards for nothing.

    6. Agree, Vanessa. And isn’t it amazing that just days after the Princess of Wales talks about smartphones and the effect on children, up pops Meghan to give the same message. Astonishing.

    7. 14:46 agree Vanessa. As a psychologist, I do not think that giving talks on mental health makes you an expert on mental health. But I put the blame on this not for profit which - if you read their website - is all talk and no definition even of what mental health is, nor how they contribute to bettering mental health. Most strange. They come up very poorly on charity statistics as an organisation that collects a great deal with no evidence of giving those funds back out again.

  2. What on earth does she know about mental health as an " expert"? Just ridiculous when you don't talk to nearly anybody in your family.

  4. J’aime beaucoup le style élégant à raies de cette chemise que je pourrais bien combiner avec une jupe droite !

  5. I absolutely love this! I would wear everything as she has styled it. The jacket looks fabulous and I would love to see a bigger picture of it. She does have a knack for taking simple pieces and creating a very polished look. The blue and brown is a great combination.

  7. Smart look that suits her and she looks comfortable in it. Very glad that they are supporting mental health with Archewell. Given the relentless bullying they experience online, this makes sense. They are trying to make it safer for their children.

    1. And just as importantly other people’s children. I think some of the comments above are hideous - we should all support anyone trying to help people with mental health issues and especially the very real problem of online bullying. LRB. And by the way I think she looks fabulous - simple and elegant and I would wear it in a flash if I could afford those pieces.

    2. 19:07 read about the charity. It is taking in a lot of fund, attracts celebrities to speak … but there is no evidence of it doing any good. I’m a mental health professional and this charity deeply concerns me. Having non expert speakers does not necessarily help promote good mental health, and can spread disinformation, misinformation, and platitudes.

    3. Anon2121. Why is what she says different than a support group that share there stories in a group setting. Not being critical just wondering.

I consider this a perfect look. Navy and white accented with camel accessories. The Duchess knows how the wear the blouse. I wear similar pieces by lowered priced designers or buy Theory clothes at our premium outlet stores.

    1. Dear 6:40, you probably do look that good, or better, when you pull your hair back. She (likely!) spends a heck of a lot more money and time on cosmetic / dermatological / dental interventions, jewellery, and hair than you do, so she looks polished here; … but otherwise just a person with her hair back.
