  1. Look at us, we live life at our own terms! Now give us privacy!

    1. Anonymous 09:38, your comment is a bit thoughtless and even spiteful. It seems to me that they were there as private people, and most of the photos here are taken as paparazzi photos, from afar, through the net, without their permission. And we don't know who took the first photo and published it, it was obviously not an official photoshoot at all. So no need to jibe. The fact that they stepped down from their royal life (or were forced to step down completely) doesn't mean that they should live in a dark cave for the rest of their lives. To me they look happy and relaxed and that's what counts.

    2. Sad! Alleged predators get less press harassment but people like you cheer them on. No I don’t think fake stories should be regurgitated endlessly. Others get privacy and are applauded for asking. Looking back at that Meghan never asked for privacy but fairness.

    3. Well said, "Anon 15:52." Like I always say, "they are damned if they do, and they're damned if the don't." Whether it's public charity work or private activities (like going to a baseball game), they get dinged. I've seen Harry and Megan seated in a private suite at sporting events and, like these photos, sitting in the regular/general admission seats and both times they get dinged. They're just living their lives and it's those like "Anon 09:38" that's tripping!

    4. @9:38 I find that pretty ironic too.

    5. To the original post, well said and absolutely true. To 15 52, they were certainly not forced out but M in particular didn’t like having to conform to the same rules as everyone else.

  3. Ugh they didn’t even support the Blue Jays?

    1. lol. I was wondering about that too, since Toronto, and Canada as a whole, figured prominently in their early story. However I suppose they decided to support the home team. Good thing they picked this game and not the one before or they would have been up for 6 hours watching 18 innings, like some of us were, rooting for the Jays.

      Let's go, Blue Jays!

  5. They are both very well dressed for a game. They look casual but pulled together. I hope they had a good time!

  6. Nice casual clothes. They look happy to be there. Always nice to see these two.

  7. I like these pictures of Meghan and Harry. Picture 2 doesn't look posed; it looks like an unposed moment of genuine conversation where you can sense them really listening with interest. I am genuinely happy for them. After all, that's the basis of a successful partnership. I wish them all the best!

    2. You cannot be not posed if 1. you are an actress and 2. you know very well that you are being photographed and 3. it is important for you to be photographed. All this is the case for Meghan Markle. And PS, if you are an actress, you even know how to appear as if you were not posed. You can be genuinely happy for them, but that does not change well known facts.

    4. @Anon 12:45 I agree completely with your kind comment.

@Anon 14:36 You need to get your mind out of dated stereotyping and clichés. Even at the height of her career she was no more than a very mid level TV actress, not a hollywood film superstar of the kind you describe. When did she last act? How can you still call her an actress after years of non-activity? She has long moved past her acting career to now being a wife, mother and social philanthropist. You need to move on as well, past your biases.

    5. 14:36 You give Meghan a lot of credit as an actress. Anon 9:13 is correct. She was never a well known actress and most people never heard of her until she started dating Harry. I'm not sure what these "well known facts " are that you mention. You seem to be lacking in these facts given the credit you are giving her.

    1. Hmmm Rossella, they probably do have a bodyguard there, but all up, being in a crowd at a game could be more risky than let’s say, taking your kids to stay in your Dad’s secure house for a visit.

- Dorothe -

    2. Dorothe, were you just desperate to make a comment and that is all you could think of? Ball caps are not disposable items--people keep them for years and years, even collecting them. They can be washed or cleaned as well. You must be from a place that they are not common. You have some pretty deep thoughts about this. I have never heard you mention anything about what other items of clothing are dyed with or how they are made. This seems like a bizarre rant over something very small and insignificant, relatively speaking. And please don't worry about children. They have been wearing them for generations and I have never heard of a ball cap causing harm. Since you find them embarrassing, you have the choice to not wear them. Lastly, yes, there are many fashionable hats, but when going to a baseball game, one wears a baseball hat. Wearing a "nicer" hat would be like wearing a tuxedo to a soccer match. Silly.

  10. Lovely photos of the Sussexes enjoying themselves. Fashion-wise, it's all about Harry this time! He looks like a neo-1980's Miami Vice sleek casual. He looks very fashionable, actually.

  11. Perfect outfits for a game. Like Harry’s jacket and Meghan’s white blouse with gold jewelry. Harry looks good in a beard. He looks so much like his Grandfather, Prince Philip, when Philip was in the military in his twenties. They look genuinely happy and connected, which is nice to see.

    1. To me he looks like a Spencer. In Althorpe house, I've heard, there is a painting on the wall of one of Harry's ancestors with red hair and a red beard. Those who saw that painting said it is the spitting image of Harry.

  16. Nice casual dress for a ball game, sweater to keep the chill off. Hats probably given to them, but being in an open stadium it shades the eyes better than sunglasses to see the game.At least they are not wearing them backwards

  18. The crowd booing must have been uncomfortable for them, especially it was a home game. But I suppose it comes with celebrity status. You get to build a tough skin, otherwise you’d buckle.
