On October 2, 2025, King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden, together with Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel, hosted a diplomatic reception for foreign envoys at the Royal Palace in Stockholm. Several times a year, newly appointed foreign envoys and their spouses are given the opportunity to meet members of the Royal Family at such receptions. At this reception, ambassadors from the Republic of South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, the French Republic, the Republic of the Philippines, the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and the State of Kuwait were present.

Victoria's dress does not have anything about which I could say something positive. Even the model looks like having borrowed someone else's clothing in the last minute before going out, both parts just hang on her devoid of any form. And this is what they do on Victoria too. Probably comfortable to wear but I find no better excuse for wearing this ... The Queen, as always: wearing a classic evergreen, she looks smart, pretty and well put together.
ReplyDeleteSilvia est toujours à son avantage dans ce tailleur déjà porté - Je n'arrive pas à donner un avis positif pour les chaussures noir/crême ; je l'ai vérifié mais en noir/blanc, la combinaison serait bien meilleure !
