On October 30, 2025, Princess Benedikte of Denmark attended the 75th anniversary celebration of CP Denmark in the Fællessalen at Christiansborg Palace. Princess Benedikte serves as Patron of Cerebral Palsy Denmark. Upon her arrival at Christiansborg Palace, the Princess was welcomed by CP Denmark’s Vice Chair, Jacob Nossell.
The anniversary celebration also featured contributions from historian and Director of the Danish Welfare Museum, Sarah Smed, as well as from CP Denmark’s National Chairwoman, Pia Allerslev. CP Denmark is a disability advocacy organisation that works to improve the conditions and quality of life for people with cerebral palsy and their families.
