On September 30, 2025, Queen Letizia attended the presentation of the Retina ECO 2025 Awards, which recognize business projects that promote sustainability, innovation, technology, and the fight against climate change. The awards aim to recognize the best initiatives for their innovation, impact on sustainability, contribution to climate action, and alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Organized by PRISA Media in collaboration with Capgemini, the awards honored innovative projects such as Eco Brick, O-Next, Ecoenergies Barcelona (with Barcelona City Council), eCity (with the City Councils of Seville, Málaga, and Granada), Heavy Mobility, Light Impact, and Semillas Fitó. For the occasion, Queen Letizia wore a 'Julie' jacket by Mango.

The suit is beautiful and fits well. I love the cropped jacket and the placement of the silver buttons. But, I've noticed Letizia has been wearing a lot of white suits lately. It's not an issue but just a bit boring from an observers perspective.

ReplyDeleteThe only thing I like in this jacket is what it does not have: collars. But it has not only breast pockets but also strategically placed "nipple buttons" and this disqualifies it for me. Other than that, Letizia has obviously several pair of these shoes in different colours, which is really good, they are very versatile and I greet every occurrence of nonhigh-heels., at least for everyday duty.

DeleteI think breast pocket buttons don’t look good on larger chested women but in the case of fine Letizia, the top of the suit sits very well. I think the short arms are deliberate but would find the jacket more versatile with regular length sleeves. She looks terrific, in part due to the fantastic shoes.

This is a beautifully tailored and stylish pantsuit, nice clean cut lines. I love it! The jacket is gorgeous, fits well as does the pants. Love the shoes and bag. She looks so chic and elegant.
ReplyDeleteWell according to the calendar, it is Fall of the Year. But I love the Queen's white suit. Fits her perfectly and goes so well with her hair. I don't like the style of the shoes, but they are not on feet. Letizia obviously likes them, since she has at least 3 pairs in different colors. I take exception to a few of her really casual summer dresses, but otherwise, this beautiful Queen is never boring to me.
