  3. This is a really beautiful outfit! Although I prefere the version of the model where the dark blue blouse is over the waist part of the skirt, princess Kako looks sweet in her outfit. I'm not sure is it just a blouse or is it a combination of a blouse and a short jacket??

  4. A brand! Albeit, Japanese, but still a brand and not something the Imperial tailors would have sewn for her according to the bidding of the IHA. Princess Kako is developing into the fashion icon of the JIF.

    佳子様はブラジル訪問の際に、この服を同じ生地の長袖ブラウスとセットで着ていましたね。
    今回彼女は黒のブラウスと合わせたことで、より素敵に見えます。

"Princess Kako wore this outfit with a long-sleeved blouse made of the same fabric during her visit to Brazil.
This time, she's paired it with a black blouse, which makes it look even more beautiful."

I prefer the different possibilities shown by the Japanese brand.
Beautiful colors. Could be worn by the royals who are involved in or visiting water projects.

  8. Belles couleurs de la jupe que j'aurais aimé retrouver dans le haut comme sur le mannequin ; elle est vraiment adorable surtout avec son grand sourire !

She often wears beautiful and flattering colours. As for “modern”, different countries have different fashion, and so “modern” is quite context-specific. Japan has wonderfully held on to tradition and made their own new fashion in a different way from eg America.
