On September 7, 2025, King Charles and Queen Camilla attended a Sunday service at Crathie Kirk, near Balmoral. They were joined by Prime Minister Keir Starmer and his wife, Lady Victoria Starmer, among other notable guests. The sermon was delivered by the Right Revd Rosie Frew, Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland.
This outfit is very becoming, she looks lovely.

DeleteThis is a very classic traditional suits, mostly if not only worn in Scotland and it shows how good she looks in suits (and with less length but this is valid for everyone). She also has one with a pencil skirt, even better, looking fabulous. It is a pity she seldom wears two-pieces.
ReplyDeleteShe does look fantastic, as does Charles. I agree that Camilla looks fantastic in a two piece suit - but I also think as we get older, something around our waist is more and more annoying and that dresses become more and more comfortable, especially if in and out of cars, bending, working, walking so I think she’s found a terrific solution with her dress style.
DeleteI would think this out stays at Balmoral
DeleteWell done your Majesties!
ReplyDeleteEvery year Queen Camilla is wearing one of her Scottish outfits during their stay at Balmoral. She has 3 or 4 different Scottish outfits or more. One like it or one does not like it when she is dressed up like a Scottish queen. It is very predictable and traditional. Therefore I am not going to give any comment on what they are wearing. It was said that when Charles became king many traditions would be changed and simplified. Until now I am still waiting which changes are going to happen ?
ReplyDeleteAs a Scot, I like to see these traditional tartan outfits favoured by Queen Camilla and other royal ladies before her ( though I know there are many who disagree) . Mostly though, I really like to see the King wearing the kilt. He wears it so well. Disappointed that Prince William, who is now Lord of the Isles, has not worn a kilt yet ( except as a small child)
