Chanel Multicolor Tweed Dress
Another ugly dress by Chanel.
ReplyDeleteThese type of mini dresses suit Alex's figure very well, she looks beautiful
DeleteIndeed
DeleteAnother Beutiful dress by Chanel
DeleteIt's not ugly, but she looks like a child.
DeleteTotal waste of money. Looks like something I made in my teenage years, when I was learning about dress making. I could still make her one like that for a dime, but she would not look my way. But if it's a Chanel and costs more than most by far could ever afford, it's sooo good and stylish. Truth is that it's pretty bad, and I would never have worn a thing like that, when I was 26. Or any other age. - Ellie
ReplyDeleteI like this dress for Alexandra. The silhouette is perfect for a young lady. I think it would suit any of the young princesses looking for an age appropriate style, which can be difficult to find. It is clever to use their signature tweed and make it in a youthful design. The colors look good with her complexion.
ReplyDeleteLucky her dress is longer than the one on the model.
DeleteFor someone of 26 years old, I find the design a bit childish.
When I was young I had a tweed summer dress too once. Never again, it was much too hot to wear. It was the tailor of my mother who made it for me, I had also a little jacket in the same tweed to wear with it. When I see someone now wearing a tweed dress in the summer, the bad memories are coming back of too much sweat. In the end I'd made a skirt of the dress and I wore it during winter with a blouse or a fine woolen sweater under the jacket.
Même si ce modèle n’est pas vraiment à mon goût, je reconnais qu’il va bien à Alexandra à qui je souhaite un bon anniversaire !
ReplyDeleteVery pretty dress for Princess Alexandra ‘Alex’!! It’s fun pretty and youthful!! CHANEL suits her!! Lovely
ReplyDeleteAlready time to start working young LADY
ReplyDeleteI think this is not really a suitable blog to encourage women to work. Not only that it is highly offtopic, it is also a strange statement for exceptionally well to do young members of royal or aristocratic families. Maybe you could try it somewhere else.
DeletePerhaps she "works" as an influencer?
DeleteFor me, it is only the mini length that makes this dress youthful. Otherwise, it is not ugly, but that's about all what is positive. To use tweed for a summer dress seems to want to draw attention as something special, but this does not add additional attraction for me.
ReplyDeleteNon du Chanel. je dirais du chinois shein,
ReplyDeleteTrès courte certes mais elle fait plus jeune que son âge
I'm one of those who likes that Chanel used it's signature tweed in this way - as a summer style dress. The dress pattern is OK, and I think Alexandra looks better in it than the model does.

I agree
DeleteObviously Chanel supplies garments to her and her sister. Sometime it works sometimes it doesn’t, but I guess that is what a brand ambassador gets paid for
ReplyDeleteAlexandra dresses like she was 6 years old, not 26!
ReplyDeleteAt 26 she always looks a bit like a little girl to me. Again in this tweed Chanel dress: when you are a designer you have to come with something original: this certainly is.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to Princess Alexandra!

Mushy.
ReplyDeleteShe looks sweet, but I don't find this Chanel dress appealing.
