On July 12, 2025, Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco attended the 76th Monaco Red Cross Charity Gala, held at the Monte-Carlo Sporting Club. Camille Gottlieb, Louis Ducruet, and his wife Marie Chevallier were also present at the event. The gala, established in 1948 by Prince Louis II of Monaco, has since been organized as a fundraising event. For the occasion, Princess Charlene wore a cape-effect pleated silk-georgette gown by Elie Saab.

What a lovely dress on Charlene. Elie Saab suits her extremely well. I'd have liked a different colour (perhaps something brighter?) but Charlene still looks fab in this colour. Lovely.

Charlene is wearing so many designers lately, I wonder if they are given to her.

Victoria. Such a pity and not healthy for yr hair

She has thin hair so this style or pixie hair cut suits her well. Victoria on the hand has thick hair but choses tied up hair

She has been growing her hair out. This may be the best way for her to transition to longer hair. I don't see any comparison to Victoria. Charlene has worn an endless number of hairstyles and has shown that she is not afraid to experiment or change her hair. Even though it is up, it looks a little different each time. It also looks like she also has it done professionally. None of those things compare with Victoria's hair, with the exception of an occasional professional updo for important occasions. I also disagree that is bad for your hair. It is only bad if you use tools and products that can damage the hair. Charlene's hair looks very healthy.

      Well said, @ Anon.15:51👍
I still can't understand endless comparisons between such different royal ladies.
I happened to meet women in real life making constant comparisons between themselves and other women or among other women they knew.
It was pretty clear to me that all was due to their insecurities and often a personal inferiority complex.
Of course, royal ladies can afford best hair products and tools.
I bet someone here does not even know what they are (i.e.: the Dyson hair tools).

  3. What a beautiful dress in a fabulous colour. Princess Charlene has certainly upped her game recently. Camille Gottlieb is also stunning in her black and white gown. Marie Ducruet’s dress is a good colour but spoiled by the overly long split in the skirt

    Camille's gown is fabulous.
Charlene's is a great color but not loving it like others she's worn.
Can't make up my mind on Marie's...something looks a bit "off" about it.

Beautiful gown, perfect coulour for her complexion and that spectacular necklace perfect in the v neck. The cape sleeves is a nice length. Camille look lovely as does Marie, though I would of liked alittle bling on the green dress. The prince looks dashing as well.

      @ Achard62
Est-ce-qu'elle ne porte pas un collier de chez Graeffe ? Je sais que la Princesse Charlène possède des bijoux de cette marque, mais je ne peux pas confirmer que son collier est aussi une création de cette marque.

  10. What a beautiful bunch of dresses! I agree that the high split in Marie's dress could be a little lower, but it doesn't make the dress less beautiful. Charlene looks stunning.

The green dress is spoiled with a bare leg, and the black-white: a bit old fashioned?

Camille porte une robe identique à celle portée par la princesse Grace lors d un film. Je ne sais pas si la robe sublimait l actrice ou bien l inverse, mais ce n est pas le cas ici pour Camille.

A perfect colour for Charlene. I remember her different dress eras, eg more edgy, more androgynous, but I personally prefer Charlene in this softer era of very feminine clothes and soft hair (even if I privately worry that there is pressure from somewhere to be more like Grace). The diamonds are stunning too.

I don’t believe she is being pressured to be more like Grace other than people keep making references. She is very much her own person and doing a great job

I read Camille dress was a ‘take’ on a dress Princess Grace one wore.
Marie’s dress though a lovely and flattering color, does nothing for her.
Princess Charlene looks exquisite. I prefer her styling of the cape sleeves,it gives the dress an added dimension. Her necklace and earrings are stunning. Hair and make up beautiful!

Camille's dress is beautiful but does nothing for her. It only makes her look wider than she is. I imagine Marie's dress in a lighter color and with a less higher spilit. The dark green doesn't suit her. The icing on the cake is Princess Charlène. what a beautiful dress. Elie Saab is a designer who makes the most beautiful evening gowns. The variation on a cape dress looks wonderful. Although I'd prefer a lighter blue color for Princess Charlène, this grey blue dress is amazing. It reminds me the black and white hollywood movies with Lauren Bacall who wore similar evening dresses. Prince Albert looks ridiculous with his red shiny "noeud papillon" (I don't know the name in English) and his pants are too long.

Charlene is absolutely stunning! The gown is perfect for her in every way--the draping is so beautiful--I wish I could see her from behind to see the rear of the dress. I also love her choice of necklace--it mimics the drape of the gown and is beautifully highlighted by the shape of the neckline. I think the bright green of Marie's dress is a good color for her but the dress is too long. Camille's gown is beautiful (as is she) but not really for her. I think the effort to somewhat replicate a dress worn by her grandmother is a lovely idea but I also feel Camille is short-waisted so styles like this do not flatter her. I miss Caroline and her family at events like this.

Oh, this is a fabulous gown in so many ways, the style suits Charlene so well, it's soft and slightly retro and I'm so happy she's been digging through the jewellery vault a bit! I'm not 100% convinced this is the best colour for her, but it's far from bad. Love that she chose slightly stronger makeup to balance out the pale hues. I'd love to see the back of the gown, it looks stunning in the model picture.

As for the other two ladies: love the green, but not so much the bottom half. I wish Camillle's dress was a different colour. The off-shoulder is nice, but the rest looks a tad too bridal for my taste.

    1. On another site they say that Camille Gottlieb is giving a nod to her late Granmother by wearing a copy of the dress or THE dress? Grace Kelly wore in the 1954 Alfred Hitchcock film "Fenêtre sur Cour” "Rear Window".
Is it the dress or a copy of what her grandmother wore?
Perhaps a blogger could come up with some more information.
