On June 21, 2025, Queen Margrethe and Princess Benedikte of Denmark attended two ballet performances — Clumsy Hans and the revival of Cinderella — at the Pantomime Theatre in Tivoli. Hans Christian Andersen’s classic fairy tale Clumsy Hans had its world premiere at the Pantomime Theatre last year. Queen Margrethe was part of the creative team behind the production, having designed both the costumes and the set.
Later in the evening, the Queen and Princess Benedikte watched the revival of the ballet Cinderella, which originally premiered in 2016. Queen Margrethe also designed the costumes and set for this production, created in artistic collaboration with musician Nanna Øland Fabricius (Oh Land) and choreographer Yuri Possokhov. For the occasion, Princess Benedikte wore a cotton floral shirtdress by Teri Jon.

ReplyDeleteThe Queen looking so good ( again!): love the dress , what you can see of it, and the repeating of the colour in the light coat.
ReplyDeleteThese two delightful sisters nail their outfits every time and this time is no exception. Fabulous!

Absolutely. A joy to see them
DeleteBoth goodlooking, but P B more fun!
ReplyDeleteThis cotton shirt dress must remind Princess Benedikte at the time she was a young lady. She looks good in a shirt dress, also years younger. With her figure there is no problem. She can still wear this dress type as much as she wants to.
ReplyDeleteThese ladies are looking better than ever! Wonderful!
ReplyDeleteBeau choix de robe pour la princesse Bénédikte. Celle-ci est féminine, seyante, élégante.
ReplyDeleteCette dame est sans conteste d’une élégance intemporelle.

Lovely dresses for both ladies, they look great. I particularly like the shirtdress. QM looks very nice in these colours and especially like the cut and style of her coat
