Princess Caroline of Hanover, her daughters Charlotte Casiraghi and Princess Alexandra, and Alexandra's boyfriend Ben-Sylvester Strautmann attended the opening of the exhibition Les Années Folles de Coco Chanel at Villa Paloma, part of the New National Museum. The exhibition explores Gabrielle Chanel’s prolific work within the specific context of the Côte d’Azur during the 1920s. The exhibition will run from June 19 to October 5, 2025.
Curated by Célia Bernasconi, the exhibition centers on three main themes: the growing popularity of outdoor living and seaside leisure; the influence of the Ballets Russes and Slavic cultures; and the invention of the 'Riviera style'.
I love Caroline's pantsuit. It's smart looking, tailored and fits her well. The two toned shoes add some interest.

DeleteAgree with anon at 22:57. Classic clothes are never old-fashioned and are proving a great sense of style. I love Caroline's pant suit. They all have nice outfits. Charlotte's shoes look interesting.
DeleteI kind of agree with Archard, at lest when it comes to the young women. There is no "edge" or personality to their outfits, Caroline is the only one who actually "wears" the clothes and makes them hers. If you see what I mean?

The ladies are all dressed nicely. Charlotte’s skirt, the pleats do not go down to the hem, giving it a balloon effect. Caroline is wearing those pants with those wide , short legs. Not keen on the colour of Alexandra’s dress, looks very silky and cool. I also notice that the two tone shoes are favoured by 3 of the 5 ladies.

DeleteOh dear, I always look forward to seeing Alexandra, as she has such style and youthful flair — but this grey dress does nothing at all for her. Oh well — it does fit her properly; she is always on point in that dept.
