  1. This is a glorious color on Queen Mary, I like the dress, but not the bottom frill. The King as beautiful posture, very straight backed.

QMary looks so youthful and pretty in pink in a lovely dress that suits her svelte figure so well. MR

Kleidchen angezogen fertig. -Dorothe-

Dorothe, I use google translate to understand your comments and I don’t think the translation works particularly well for your comment. I do love to learn from others re clothing structure but I don’t see what you see re the waist, which I think is sitting perfectly on Mary. I think the colour matches her complexion and hair very well. You mentioned her eyebrows - and yes overall I think she could use much less makeup esp around her eyes. I don’t appreciate the current trend of heavy eyebrow colour ( who starts these trends?!?). And you’re right, the other guests are beautifully dressed! - Mary

    2. Dorothe, I agree with Mary. Something went wrong with the translation.

Dorothe I see what you mean where the bodice meets the waist, the bodice could be shorter so prevent the slight pooling of the fabric. Perhaps a belt would of hidden this. Otherwise the queen looks good in bold jewel tone colours.

Queen Mary looks beautiful here. The dress is fitted perfectly and the color is so beautiful on her. Very simple and elegant.

Beautiful color on Mary. The dress is stunning yet simple. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the MEPs who were at the meeting with the King. The lady in the blue and white floral blouse in particular is a display of poor fashion taste. Absolutely inappropriate for an official event like this.
