Swedish Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, and Princess Estelle visited the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm to view the exhibition Ernst Billgren – New Memories. Artist Ernst Billgren personally guided them through the exhibition, which features new works referencing classical paintings from the museum’s collection.
Several of the paintings are directly inspired by artworks in the Nationalmuseum’s holdings. One of the most notable examples is Billgren’s reinterpretation of Gustaf Cederström’s famous painting The Funeral Procession of Charles XII, for which he created a personal version of the classic scene.
Princess Estelle is looking as beautiful as her Mom. ♡♡♡
