    Love her unusual blouse with the zig zag black piping around the ruffle. Just a little bit different. Her hair looks pretty put up in that style too.

  3. She looks fabulous. The Australian brand Zimmerman, gorgeous, feminine blouse. I love the dark piping along the ruffle against the white of the blouse. The piping on the cuffs and the dark buttons at the cuff elevates the overall look. The ruffle is soft and enduring adding softness to the blouse. The pants look exceptionally good. Her up style hair, I love. Especially with the neckline and ruffle at the neckline, perfect. Her makeup looks good. Clever choice, her stud earrings, not quite sure if its, diamond studs or small pearls, regardless excellent choice.

    What a nice outfit, the feminine light fabric blouse with just a touch of colour to match the pants. Hairstyle up doesn’t not conflict with the high collar. I woild of liked larger earrings. Lovely

    It’s not often I’ve seen press photos with Mary smiling so genuinely and laughing. Looks like a great visit. She’s always professional and giving a smile for the cameras, but this is a delight to see. Zimmerman really seems to suit Mary - and no doubt she’s been part of their growing popularity.

    Maybe the secret to wide arms: Take a very light fabric, so that the sleeves obey gravity instead of blowing up you upper arms ... lovely outfit and the updo is a must with those frills. .

    Ok ok we’ve all loved the blouse - what of the excellent trousers for evening wear? Look like raw silk? With a beautiful waist band and just a touch of fancy detailing. Anyone know the brand?

    How different Queen Mary looks on this occasion and what elegant outfit she chose!
    So smart, well put together and with a romantic flair to it as well.
    She hit the higher notes here, this is pure class on the next level, I dare say.
    Splendid updo and exquisite accessories.
    Perfect makeup.
    By the way, I love her manicure and the shade of her nail polish.
    This has to be one of all time favourite presentations from Queen Mary in my view👏👏

    I love the blouce,not a fan of wide legged trouser,but I have to say,Mary makes them work here. She looks beautiful.
    Does anyone know where her diamond ring originated from.? It’s sitting on her wedding finger,so I’m wondering if her hubby has gifted it to his wife.

      Anon13:40 that’s a good guess, if it’s on her wedding finger, that it may well be a gift from Fred. Mary has systematically worn engagement / wedding bands on that “ring finger” so I think you’ve made a good guess there!

    @ Lowri
    Today nobody is following these old customs anymore of a wedding finger, etc...
    1. The wedding finger is not the same in every country;
    2. Fingers can change with age : thinner or thicker than before;
    3. If you wear many rings like it is fashion today, sometimes one of your rings fits better on this or that finger;
    4. Ocasionally ladies are not wearing their wedding ring, because they just have a new ring that fits on that finger and they do not like to take off their other rings either;
    5. Sometimes one wish to wear a ring on the same hand as the matching bracelet;
    6. I can continue to give you reasons why wearing rings on this or that finger , but I won't, it would make this list too long.

      Let’s be real: Marys fingers are just trying to keep up with the fashion world. One minute they’re wearing a wedding ring, the next a stack of trendy pieces. If they had their own social media, they’d probably be posting selfies with hashtags like #NoRingShaming and #FingerFreedom. Custom or not, these rings are living their best lives on whatever finger they choose!
