The pop of colour in the blouse and the pin elevate this otherwise plain suit. Well done.

Wow! She cuts a beautiful figure. Exudes great poise and enthusiasm. The gray suit and bright blouse are a lovely combination and I love the shoes. Suit jacket does look better unbuttoned.

Simple gray suit with a great pop of color from the blouse. Princess Benedikte is so natrually elegant--adding the brooch was the perfect finish for her whole look. She looks lovely from the top of her head to the tip of her toes. It's wonderful to see her support this organization because her mother, Queen Ingrid, suffered from this awful disease.

Lucky today this disease is not as awful as it was before. There is only one cure that has the right result :
    1. Go to a clinic during menopause (osteoporosis usually starts during that period) and get some specialized X-rays. The examination only takes 10 minutes.
    2. You will have the results in a couple of days. After that the doctors will advice you to take calcium and vit D3 every day and every six month an injection with "Prolia" (the name of the injection can vary from one country to another).
    3. In the beginning you have to return to the clinic after one year to have an update.
    4. After that when the doctors see the treatment works you have to continue like described in N° 2.
    5. After a few years an update is necessary every 5 or 6 years.
If you do exactly what the doctors advice you, one can have a more or less normal life. Of course one has to be careful not to do dangerous things like climbing on a chair to clean windows, etc. Best is getting help of a cleaning lady, order your weekly shopping of food and drinks online, avoid sports like skiing, etc...
    6. The doctors will advice you to walk an hour every day. And this walk must be done easy in a parc, or a visit to a friend nearby, or to go to your hairdresser if not too far, etc.... One must keep moving but at ease.

Sorry it has nothing to do with fashion, but it affects so many women that I wished to let you know how it worked for me. It is now about 20 years ago I started this treatment and I have to say I am glad I did not wait until I felt pain, because then it is probably much more difficult to find a treatment which is effective. The treatment must be continued for the rest of your life.
