On May 29, 2025, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden attended a ceremony in Gothenburg to mark Veterans Day (Veterandagen). During the ceremony, Crown Princess Victoria laid a wreath at Gustaf Adolf Square in memory of fallen soldiers. In the Gothenburg region, there are approximately 15,000 veterans who have participated in peacekeeping missions for Sweden, either in civilian or military capacities.
Veterans Day (Veterandagen) is observed annually in Sweden to honor those who are serving or have served in the Swedish Armed Forces in international operations, as well as to commemorate those who lost their lives during service. It coincides with the International Day of United Nations Peacekeepers.
Gee she looks great in her uniform. My only quibble is how the jacket buckles a bit. Obviously made for a man’s body. A button on the inside could help pull it over a tad to straighten it out.
-Dorothe-
DeleteVictoria porte bien cet uniforme ; par curiosité, j'aimerais savoir à quoi correspondent les décorations ?!
ReplyDeleteVictoria exudes calm, steady leadership in these pictures.

She looks amazing in this uniform, perfect fit.
ReplyDeleteShe looks adorable, lovely. And: never giving away a sign of being tired of her partly certainly repeated tasks ... she truly serves her people, with a smile on her face. More value than daily hairstylist sessions to satisfy fashion blogs :-) . Queen Margrethe comes to mind: Always dressing with care, sticking to what she likes (even if we don't), but like Margrethe: up and away with that "problem hair", be it too thin or too thick to be worn as is.
